Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 25 September 2026
This website and the products and services offered through it are operated by BEEGITAL SYSTEMS, a sole proprietorship of Filippos Karagiorgis, Agiou Fotiou 8, 82131 Chios, Greece, VAT No. 145517294 (“BEEGITAL”, “we”, “us”).
Scope
These Terms apply to use of beegital.gr and to purchases of software, digital content, licences, support, maintenance, website services, integrations and other services offered by BEEGITAL. Product-specific terms, licence terms, quotations or written agreements may add to these Terms. Where there is a conflict, the more specific agreed term applies to the relevant product or service, subject to mandatory law.
Products, licences and trials
Karago software and other digital products are licensed, not sold as intellectual property. The applicable product page or licence terms may specify licence duration, permitted devices or sites, trial duration, feature limits, updates, support and other restrictions. A trial does not create a right to continued free use after the stated trial period.
Orders and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when the order is accepted and, where payment is required, payment is successfully authorised or otherwise confirmed. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing or technical error, suspected fraud, unlawful use, or another legitimate reason permitted by law. Any amount already paid for an order that is validly cancelled by us will be refunded where required.
Prices, VAT and payment
Prices shown to consumers are displayed with applicable VAT where required. The final amount payable is shown before the order is submitted. Payment methods available at checkout may include card payments through WooPayments and bank transfer. Payment processing may be carried out by third-party payment providers under their own security and regulatory obligations.
Digital delivery
Digital products may be supplied through an account, licence entitlement, activation mechanism, download, secure link or another electronic method described on the relevant product page. The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and billing information and for meeting any clearly stated technical requirements.
Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers entering distance contracts generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the exceptions and conditions provided by applicable law.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal after supply begins only where the legal requirements are met, including prior express consent to begin supply during the withdrawal period and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will thereby be lost. If those requirements have not been met, these Terms do not remove the consumer’s statutory withdrawal rights.
For services started during the withdrawal period at the consumer’s express request, the consequences of withdrawal are determined by applicable law and may include payment for the proportion of services already supplied where legally permitted.
Conformity, updates and support
Mandatory consumer rights relating to conformity of digital content and digital services are not excluded or limited by these Terms. Where required by law or by the applicable product terms, necessary updates, including security updates, will be provided for the relevant period. Support and maintenance are limited to the scope stated for the applicable product, plan, quotation or agreement.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
BEEGITAL and Karago software, source code, object code, documentation, graphics, branding and related materials are protected by intellectual-property law. Unless expressly permitted by the applicable licence, customers may not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass technical or licensing restrictions, or use the software unlawfully.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate order information, keep account credentials and licence keys secure, use products only within the applicable licence, maintain appropriate backups where relevant, and comply with applicable law. We are not responsible for failures caused solely by unsupported environments, unauthorised modifications or misuse, where and to the extent permitted by law.
Business customers
Where the customer is acting for business or professional purposes, any quotation, licence or project agreement may contain additional commercial terms, including scope, milestones, acceptance, support and payment terms. Consumer-specific statutory rights do not apply to B2B transactions where the law does not extend them to business customers.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for future use of the website and future transactions. Changes do not retroactively remove rights already acquired under an existing contract.
Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable Greek law and directly applicable European Union law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. For questions or requests, use the Contact page.
